provider a docker image package build with all plugin

golang is not good for plugin, so i think a docker image with full plugin packed for people who don't want to build his own docker image and want to use plugin is good.

provide another docker image with tag 'latest-with-plugin', and packed all plugin

I was thinking the same thing. However, this might raise compatibility issues with ASF’s third-party open-source license policy. For example, dependencies under Category B or Category X licenses are typically not allowed to be bundled in the official version.

@fenbox just bundle the plugin in https://github.com/apache/answer-plugins is ok? i think plugin in this repo is also under Apache License.
