This PR updates the Russian (ru) locale strings used on the brew.sh landing page to improve the wording and expand/clarify Homebrew concepts for Russian-speaking users.
Changes:
- Refines Russian translations for the “What does Homebrew do?” section and related landing page copy.
- Adds/updates more detailed Russian descriptions for formulae, casks, taps, and Homebrew Bundle.
- Adjusts resource/documentation section text and supporting copy.
